Business and scope
Unboxing Bounty is operated by Vsafety Solutions. These terms apply to use of our website and orders confirmed with us. Order-specific details agreed in writing form part of your order agreement.
Catalogue and enquiries
This website is a catalogue and enquiry service. Adding products to your quote bag, preparing a selection sheet or sending an enquiry does not confirm an order or collect payment. An order is confirmed only when we agree the products, quantities, contents, customisation, total charges, payment requirements and delivery arrangements and issue written confirmation.
Quotations and payment
Final prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges and payment terms are stated in your quotation. Quotations are valid for the period specified in them. Do not rely on a price appearing in a reference image; the written quotation governs the agreed order. Payment must be made through the arrangements confirmed by us.
Product photographs and contents
Product photographs show reference designs and presentation styles. Some promotional banners are AI-generated illustrations. Final contents, sizes, materials, finishes and packaging must be confirmed in your quotation. Decorative props are excluded unless expressly included. Empty packaging excludes food and other contents unless expressly agreed. Colour appearance can vary between screens and photographs. This does not permit departure from agreed specifications.
Materials and suitability
Material descriptions, capacities and other specifications are subject to written confirmation. Product appearance alone does not establish material, metal purity, food-contact suitability or any certification. Tell us your intended use so relevant specifications can be confirmed before ordering.
Availability and substitutions
Availability is confirmed at the time of order confirmation. Any material substitution affecting an agreed order requires your approval before dispatch.
Customisation and artwork approval
Review and approve logos, artwork, spelling, colours and messages before production. You must have permission to use any artwork or branding you supply. We remain responsible for reproducing the approved specifications accurately. Changes requested after approval may affect cost and timelines and must be agreed in writing.
Cancellations, returns and delivery
Our Returns & Order Support Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy form part of these terms. Confirmed personalised orders are generally final. Please contact us for support if an order does not meet the agreed specifications; applicable legal remedies remain available.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Links to WhatsApp and other third-party services are provided for convenience; those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Website use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or misuse its content. Our branding and website content, and third-party trademarks shown in reference products, remain the property of their respective owners. Viewing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute remains subject to the jurisdiction available under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update website terms from time to time. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not alter an already confirmed order unless agreed with you or required by law.

Important Order Guidelines
For bulk orders · Please review these details with your quotation.
- Product confirmation
- Confirm the quantity, quoted price, size and product availability before placing your order.
- Pricing & customisation
- Standard price lists do not apply to customised orders. Customisation is quoted separately. Prices may change before confirmation; an agreed order price is governed by your written quotation.
- Shipping & packing charges
- Shipping and packing are additional and depend on the city, weight and parcel size. Courier rates are dynamic; final charges are confirmed with your quotation rather than a fixed website rate.
- Preferred shipping partner
- Share your preferred shipper’s details if you have one. Otherwise, we will arrange shipping with the delivery arrangements confirmed in writing.
- Shipping support
- Courier damage or delays may arise outside our reasonable control. We will assist with investigation and carrier claims. This does not exclude our responsibility for agreed obligations or remedies required by law.
- Bulk dispatch
- Standard bulk dispatch is 10–12 working days from receipt of full payment. Any different timeline, including customisation or artwork requirements, will be confirmed in writing before order confirmation. Dispatch time is separate from transit time.
- Payment terms
- Full payment is required in advance, through the payment arrangements confirmed by us.
- Parcel opening video
- Please record an uninterrupted parcel-opening video and retain the packaging to help document any damage or missing items. A video is requested for efficient investigation; its absence alone does not remove legally available remedies.
- Exchange & returns
- Change-of-mind exchanges and returns are not accepted for confirmed orders. We will assess defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming orders under our Returns & Order Support Policy and applicable law.
- Colour variations
- Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Confirm colour-sensitive requirements or request a sample before ordering. Agreed product specifications remain binding.
- Price list updates
- Price lists are subject to change without prior notice before order confirmation. Your accepted written quotation sets the price for your confirmed order.
- PAN requirements
- PAN details may be requested where necessary for applicable billing or legal requirements. Please share them only through the channel confirmed by our team.
- GST / business billing
- GST/business invoices are available. To arrange GST billing, please share your GST certificate on WhatsApp at +91 81048 78097 within 3 hours of placing the order and confirm the billing details with our team. If you need more time or a correction, contact us promptly; applicable invoicing requirements remain in force.
